Hello and welcome!
This is a space I’ll be showing up in regularly, sometimes monthly, sometimes weekly, depending on what life allows. The idea feels simple (at least right now): to share what’s on my mind in real time, even when it’s not fully formed. This won’t be polished or perfect. But it will be real. And honest.
I’ll be writing about hope, connection, grief, identity, and the quiet (and not so quiet) moments that shape how we make sense of ourselves and others. Some reflections may come from my work, others from lived experience, and some from those in between spaces where things are still unfolding.
For me, this is a way of staying connected; with ideas, with people, and with the quieter parts of being human we don’t always make room for. I welcome you and your reflections. Whether you have checked this out of curiosity, resonance, or just passing by, welcome.
The name behind this space comes from the word holotropic: a term meaning “moving toward wholeness.” It’s often associated with breathwork practices that use the breath as a way of accessing deeper states of awareness and connection. For me, it’s less about the technique itself and more about what it represents: the ongoing movement toward integration, understanding, and becoming more fully comfortably ourselves.
Let’s see where this takes us. Thanks for checking in!
Love & light
Fay
